About Grace
Grace has been practising Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine for over ten years and is consistently rewarded witnessing her clients’ growth and milestones on their journey to greater wellbeing. She particularly enjoys supporting preventative healthcare, menstrual wellbeing, digestive disorders, and regulating the nervous system to manage stress and emotional imbalances. Grace is passionate about the value of pre-conception care and has extensive experience supporting clients in their fertility journey, including the process of IVF. Her experience as a birth doula helps inform effective support throughout pregnancy including birth preparation and post-natal support.
Grace brings a compassionate presence to treatments, working to resource her clients with skills and tools to co-manage their health for sustainable wellbeing. Treatments encompass acupuncture and herbal remedies and may include personalised lifestyle advice including dietary and exercise recommendations. As an allied health practitioner, she enjoys working in collaboration with clinicians from other modalities to achieve optimal support for clients. Grace is committed to providing a safe and welcoming environment for members of the LGBTQI+ community.
“It's an honour to support people in connecting to their wellbeing. My practice centres on creating more space for ease in the body and mind, and empowering my clients to maintain this.”
Grace has recently completed a Health Science Master in Spiritual Care, completing a minor thesis project on those who undertake End-of-Life doula trainings. Grace is nourished by time in nature, bushwalking, ocean swimming and pottering in the garden. Laughing with friends, playing the cello, dancing, and singing bring her joy. She hopes to one day complete a cryptic crossword.
